If we both feel aligned, we move into the Exploration Phase. If the timing isn’t right or we’re not the best fit, we’ll tell you honestly and may suggest other designers who might serve you better.

What Happens

Once you approve the final design and selections, we prepare all documentation and place orders. Contractors are engaged, furniture is ordered, materials are secured — and things start to get real. You’ll gain access to your client portal where you can track progress at any time.

When You Hit Resistance

There may be a point where you feel like stopping — the mess is too much, the investment feels too big, the disruption overwhelming. This is normal. We meet with you, listen to your concerns, remind you this is part of the process, and help you reconnect with your vision.

Some weeks — progress and excitement. Others — frustration or overwhelm. Both are completely normal. We’ve done this hundreds of times, and we’ll remind you why you started.

What Happens

This is the week you’ve been waiting for. Our team arrives to bring everything together — furniture placed according to floor plans, art hung at precisely the right heights, lighting installed, window treatments up, accessories carefully styled. Every detail attended to. We clean up as we go and treat your home with the deepest respect.

The Walkthrough

At the end of install week we walk through the space together to make sure everything feels right, you understand how things work, and any final adjustments are noted.
